Biography

While you would never know by looking at her, Julie is not a human. She is an elemental being, or an Arithanid. While she will never die of old age, she can be hurt or killed in battle.

Origins

Julie, born Julianna Dashara, was born into a noble family on her home planet of Shanovia. While the exact date of her birth is unknown, it is estimated that perhaps her birth can be placed in late February or early March. However, even though she was born into the royal family, Julie's birth was not at all a celebratory event. The reason behind this was that she was a bastard, or a illegitimite child. Her mother, Amidista Dashara, while married to the King of the Arithanids, had taken a liking to an unnamed Salx nobleman. As a result of her unfaltering love and lust, Julie was conceived.

The king did not take the news of Julie's birth well. Once he learned that Julie was not his, he ordered that the child be killed. But Julie's mother, at the last possible second, was able to flee with her newborn child to the Human Realm where she left Julie in the care of a human mother and son, Dorathy and Albert. Even though the king forbid Amidista to leave his sight unless accompanied by her ladies in waiting, she somehow managed to slip away to be with Julie as she grew.

Julie grew up happy with Dorathy, whom she lovingly called Nana, and Albert, who was more of a brother than an a father to her. All was well until Julie's ninth birthday came to pass. Just days after celebrating, Dorathy and Albert were brutally murdered by the Acid Bath Murderer, or The Corroder. Julie witnessed this murder, hiding under the table as Albert had told her to. When the Corroder turned to see the little girl, Julie did the only thing that she knew to do; fight back. Grabbing the first thing she saw (which turned out to be a fork) Julie mercilessly attacked the killer, stabbing him in the legs, crotch, abdomen, anywhere she could. Once Corroder was rendered disabled, Julie refused to let off of her relentless stabbing, even when the man begged for mercy. Only when he was near death and the fork had broken did she finally stop to stare at the man, her head cocked to one side as she watched his life slip away.

Amidista, who sensed something was wrong, had come to check on her daughter, and was stunned to see that her little girl was covered from head to toe with blood. She questioned not what happened, but it didn't take long for her to know that it was time to take Julie back to her people, as her superhuman strength was already starting to manifest. This was only the first of many trajedies to take place in his young girl's life.

Years after that event, Julie and her mother were gathering wild flowers in a field when trajedy struck once more. This time, Sarafan ( (C) Eidos) who were hunting Arithanids for their elemental powers, caught sight of Amidista's beauty and brutally raped her before killing her in front of Julie. Once more, the girl escaped her death, but seeing the sight of her beloved mother's body before her forever turned her against the humans. By this time, Julie was 1200 years old.

The King of the Arithanids, however, refused to take in Julie, or 'the worthless whore-child' as he called her. He ordered that the girl be thrown into the cellar and left there without any interaction from her own kind. Nevertheless, Julie learned the ways of the noble by listening to the maids talk of ettiquette and watched how noblewomen acted when she was able to steal away to the outside world. This went on until Julie was 1600 years old before she was brought before the king. Julie, to his surprise, had grown to be a mature and strangely intelligent young women, but above all, she possessed an almost divine beauty. He ordered that she be cleaned and properly groomed and even given royal robes. This was the first time that he actually gave her attention, but Julie was stunned when he gave her the title of Crown Princess.

Julie was given formal education and proper training in her elemental powers, but her troubles were far from over. The king's second wife, Jamilla, was very jealous of Julie's beauty and intelligence, and ordered that she be imprisoned in the Eternal Prison on false charges.

This was the last straw for Julie; once she somehow managed to escape from her prison, Julie had changed dramatically. She was no longer caring, thoughtful, kind, and loving; she was now an angry, hurt, arrogant, self centered woman that refused to speak unless she felt that she needed to. From here on out, she became obsessed with revenge for her mother's death and for the life she never had.

Personality

Julie is very quiet and a 'lone wolf', but she will work with others if she feels they are worthy of her help an their goals conincide with her own. While her face shows little to no emotion, Julie will only show her feelings when she is alone. She travels the land alone no matter what. She doesn't trust anyone enough to permit their travelling with her.

Despite her timid appearance, Julie is anything but helpless, weak, or a 'damsel in distress'. She's highly intelligent, smarter than any human. Able to solve even the most complicated of problems, Julie does well when she is seemingly trapped. Few have come close to actually capturing and keeping Julie imprisoned; she always finds a flaw in their crafty prisons and securities.

Abilities

Julie, being a Water Arithanid, is able to stay submerged underwater for long periods of time with needing to come back up for air. Having superhuman strength, she is incredibly fast, strong, and very agile. She is an exceptional scout and markswoman, and she proves that by always wielding her mother's dual Colt .45 caliber 1911 handguns that she has dubbed the Ying Yang twins. Having modified them to shoot through anything, Julie has taken to creating her own bullets to suit her situation.

While she never care to use it, her mother gave Julie one more gift before being killed; her father's sword. Little is known if Julie ever did find out who he was, but either way, Julie carries the sword with her.

Julie also possesses the following powers:

-Telekinesis

-Precognition, or the ability to see the past

-Psychosis, the ability to read minds and see two minutes into the future

-Immunity to drowning

Weaknesses

Below are some of the weaknesses Julie possesses:

-Sensitivity to bright lights, possibly due to being in the dark most of her life.

-Burns that cover 75% of her body (This would force her to use much of the water her body need for her elemental powers, thus dehydrating her)

-Severe Dehydration
